Refund Policy
When and how you can get your money back for a Postellite subscription — including our 14-day money-back guarantee.
Who processes your payment
Orders are processed by our online reseller, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. It handles checkout, billing, sales tax/VAT, invoicing and refunds on our behalf, so the charge on your statement may show the reseller's name rather than Postellite.
This policy works alongside the reseller's buyer terms. Where those terms give you more protection, they apply.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a new subscription. No questions asked — we may ask for feedback, but it isn't required.
The same 14-day window applies to the first payment after upgrading to a higher plan, for the amount of the upgrade.
If you're a consumer in the EU, UK or another region with a statutory right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from purchase to cancel and receive a refund, in addition to any rights under this policy.
Free trials
Trials are free and you aren't charged during the trial period. If you don't want to continue, cancel before the trial ends and no payment is taken. If a trial converts to a paid plan, the 14-day money-back guarantee starts from that first charge.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You'll receive a reminder before annual renewals.
Renewal payments can be refunded if requested within 14 days of the renewal charge and the service hasn't been substantially used in the new period. Requests after that window are reviewed case by case.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime from your account's billing settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Cancelling on its own doesn't trigger a refund for the current period — if you're within an eligible refund window, request a refund as described below.
Partial refunds & plan changes
When you downgrade or switch plans mid-cycle, the difference is prorated and applied as credit toward future invoices rather than refunded as cash, unless required by law.
Unused time on a monthly or annual plan outside the refund window is not refunded, but you'll keep access until the period ends.
When refunds may be declined
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund policy (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles), or a breach of our Terms of Service. Add-on usage credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable.
None of this limits any refund rights you have under applicable consumer law.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or reply to your order receipt, and include your order number. You can also request a refund directly through the reseller's order support using the link in your receipt.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. Once refunded, your subscription is cancelled and access to paid features ends.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can almost always resolve billing issues faster directly. Opening a chargeback may suspend your account while the dispute is reviewed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated date shown above.
